Payment and Refund Policy

AutoMarketer AI offers both a free plan and paid subscription options. Our paid plans are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose at signup. All billing is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Here's what you should know about payments and cancellations:

  • You can cancel your paid plan any time from your account settings -- no phone calls, no forms, no friction.
  • When you cancel, your paid access ends immediately and Stripe automatically issues a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period. Your account moves to the free plan right away so you never lose access entirely.
  • If you think you've been charged in error, reach out within 30 days and we'll look into it right away.
  • Prices may change occasionally. If your plan price goes up, we'll let you know ahead of time so you can decide what to do before the new rate kicks in.

Prohibited Uses

We want AutoMarketer AI to be a positive and productive tool for everyone who uses it. To keep things that way, there are certain uses that are not allowed on our platform. We ask that you use AutoMarketer AI only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate marketing purposes.

The following are prohibited on AutoMarketer AI:

  • Using the platform to create or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive marketing content
  • Generating content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening toward any individual or group

  • We are not responsible for any loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption that may occur in connection with your use of our services
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of AutoMarketer AI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content — we encourage you to review all content before publishing it

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law
